1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Flownto, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Flownto is a personal flight tracking application that allows you to:

• Track and log your personal flight history
• Import flights from Gmail booking confirmation emails
• View flight statistics, maps, and travel insights
• Plan future trips with AI assistance

3. Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use Flownto.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page.

You agree not to:

• Use Flownto for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
• Reverse engineer or copy the application.
• Use the service to harm others.

6. Your Data

• You own your flight data. We do not claim ownership of data you create.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.
• We store your data securely using Google Firebase.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Flownto available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Flownto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of imported flight data. Flight information should always be verified with your airline.

9. Limitation of Liability

Aman Khan and Flownto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Flownto after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
